Strickland's Proposed Budget

I got an email from Memphis City Councilman Jim Strickland on May 7 containing an attached .doc of his proposed budget.  I like the idea of cutting spending and taxes until we get in line with Tennessee's other cities.  The tables in the .doc didn't want to stay formatted, so I converted the first page to an image.  You can click on that to retrieve a faithful .pdf conversion of the whole thing if you'd like to read it.  Thanks to the Councilman for including me in the loop on this.
