Foxy Jacky's New Domestic Violence Case

This is too involved for a mere obscure update to a post of mine that is still popular all over the world: Foxy Jacky Link Dump.

It seems that Foxy Jacquelyn McKee has split up with her husband (note that I did not say "porn pimp") and objected when he came to take some objects out of their marital home.  Here's the officer's description of the incident (right-click on the graphic and Save target as... to download a large version, to avoid BlogSpot's new way of showing pictures individually):

I will give Ms. McKee the presumption of innocence our Constitution demands.  I applaud the officers on the scene for dealing with the fairly recent must-arrest domestic violence law in a more intelligent fashion than just arresting the man: they detailed going by the injuries.  In fairness, a fight can be started by the person who ended up getting the worst of it, although the question always remains: was the force used excessive by any person?

UPDATE: It appears the case against Ms. McKee was dismissed and the records expunged. Best wishes, Jacky! Not only that, the divorce petition she filed in July 2010 after this incident was dismissed without prejudice, probably at her instance, at the end of August 2010. Join me in wishing the couple the very best.

UPDATE: Uh oh!  Foxy Jacky and her hub got into it again on February 3, 2013: "Jacky was determined to be the primary aggressor, and she was arrested."  Of course, that's just the allegation at this point; her latest court date on this is April 23.  Here's a local TV station report: "Police: Porn actress kicks husband in head".  Below is the new charging affidavit.  Right-click on the graphic and Save target as... to download a large version, to avoid BlogSpot's new way of showing pictures individually.
