Are Judges so corrupt as a class that they, alone of all the Republic's functionaries, must be protected from the slightest chance to sell themselves?
I'm ashamed for my profession that every lawyer and every Judge doesn't demand free elections.

To paraphrase an old saying: With an enemy like him, who needs to bother with friends?
(I'm sure realize that your take on this issue puts you in league with all sorts of so-called conservative organizations -- Tennessee Right to Life and the Tennessee Family Action Council, for example -- as well as some of the more rabid conservative activists in East Tennessee.)
