Memphis City Court Clerk Up for Grabs

According to Jackson Baker:

One dropout already from the 2010 Memphis mayor's race is city court clerk Thomas Long, who says he'll run instead for the county clerk's job that will be vacated by current clerk Debbie Stamson.

OK, whom should we put in Long's place?  Suggestions in the comments, please.  I want someone who's more tech-oriented than Thomas, who will put the City Court's records online for the public like the other courts'.
