If you know about a bar or restaurant that is using the 21 & over exception to Tennessee's new fascist smoking ban, please leave its name and address in the comments, and I will move them into this post, so Memphis smokers can patronize the establishments where they are welcome.First to announce was the Blue Monkey at 2012 Madison near Overton Square, where the great Trader Dick's used to be. Bravo for showing some courage and business sense. I'll be spending some money with y'all. To hell with Huey's now.
